Struktura turnieju: Format swiss 5-6 rund w zależności od liczby graczy, NIE przewidujemy top-cuta.

WAŻNE INFORMACJE!
Niezależnie od sposobu zapisania się na event, należy na miejscu przed turniejem potwierdzić uczestnictwo, zostawić decklistę (jeżeli nie została przesłana w neuronie) oraz odebrać voucher na 3 boostery, który będzie można zrealizować podczas turnieju. Można to zrobić od 10:00 do 10:45. Wszystkim zależy na sprawnym starcie turnieju, dlatego vouchery będą do realizacji podczas trwania turnieju, a nie przed rozpoczęciem.

Przy zapisach prosimy w komentarzu podać imię i nazwisko oraz numer COSSY.

Limit graczy: 78 osób.

Rundy turniejowe rozgrywać będziemy w miarę możliwości technicznych bez większych przerw. Jedna dłuższa przerwa około 30min odbędzie się w połowie zawodów po 3 rundzie.

Wpisowe:
89zł w przedsprzedaży przez stronę do 24. Października, potem 99 zł.
Zapisanie się do 24. Października jest gwarancją niższego wpisowego (89 zł), nawet jeżeli płatność nastąpi później, w tym i w dniu turnieju.


Oprócz tego każdy uczestnik na miejscu będzie mógł zakupić dodatkowo OTS packi dostępne obecnie w ofercie sklepu.


Nagrody:
- zaproszenia na 2025 WCQ European Championship w liczbie 1/8 uczestników (zaokrąglane w górę, np. przy 57-64 graczy, top8 zdobywa wejściówkę)
- TOP 4 - Regional Qualifier Deck Box
- TOP 8 - Game Mat Rage of the Abyss Season

+ dodatkowo:

1st - 40%* boosterów z puli nagród + Funko POP Yu-Gi-Oh
2nd - 20%* boosterów z puli nagród + pluszak YGO
3rd - 10%* boosterów z puli nagród + mini pluszak YGO
4th - 10%* boosterów z puli nagród
5-8th - 5%* boosterów z puli nagród
*Podziałka procentowa nagród może i zapewne będzie lekko się wahać w zależności od liczby graczy, ale na pewno będzie oscylować w okolicach 40/20/10/10/5/5/5/5 procent.
Nagrody rzeczowe mogą się jeszcze zmienić, ale tylko na Waszą korzyść - czekamy na info od potencjalnych sponsorów.

Dojazd:
PKP: Z dworca głównego wsiadamy w tramwaj linii 6/12/18 i lecimy do przystanku "AWF". Stamtąd dalej na piechotę jakieś pół minuty przez skwer Przyjaźni Polsko-Węgierskiej i tyle :)
Samochód: Zmotoryzowani mogą zaparkować tuż w okolicy sklepu - w niedziele parkowanie jest darmowe.

We invite everyone to the WCQ: Regional Qualifier tournament for the 2025 season, taking place in Poznań!

Date: November 3rd, 2024

Event start time: 11:00
Registration: Confirm attendance and register on-site from 10:00.
Format: ADV with the current banlist, 45-minute rounds
Decklists: Required in Neuron or on paper, to be submitted at the registration table: Decklist form

Judges:

  • Head judge: Szymon Gralak aka Szpilman
  • Floor judges: Depending on the number of participants

Tournament structure: Swiss format, 5-6 rounds depending on the number of players. No top cut is planned.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Regardless of how you register for the event, you must confirm your participation on-site, submit your decklist (if not already submitted via Neuron), and collect your voucher for 3 boosters, which can be redeemed during the tournament. This can be done between 10:00 and 10:45. We aim for a smooth start, so the vouchers will be redeemable during the tournament, not before.

Please include your full name and COSSY number in the registration comment.

Player cap: 78 players.

Tournament rounds will be held with minimal breaks as much as possible. There will be one longer break of about 30 minutes after the 3rd round.

Entry fee:

  • 89 PLN for pre-registration through the website until October 24th, after that 99 PLN.
  • Signing up before October 24th guarantees the lower fee (89 PLN), even if payment is made later, including on the day of the event.
  • Each player will receive 2 regular boosters and 1 OTS pack from the store's current offerings as part of the entry fee. An equal amount will be added to the prize pool.

In addition, every participant will be able to purchase extra OTS packs available in the store.

Prizes:

  • Invitations to the 2025 WCQ European Championship for 1 in 8 participants (rounded up, e.g., for 57-64 players, the top 8 earn an invitation)
  • Top 4: Regional Qualifier Deck Box
  • Top 8: Rage of the Abyss Season Game Mat

Additional prizes:

  • 1st place: 40%* of the prize pool in boosters + Funko POP Yu-Gi-Oh
  • 2nd place: 20%* of the prize pool in boosters + YGO plush
  • 3rd place: 10%* of the prize pool in boosters + mini YGO plush
  • 4th place: 10%* of the prize pool in boosters
  • 5th-8th places: 5%* of the prize pool in boosters

*Prize pool percentages may vary slightly depending on the number of participants but will be around 40/20/10/10/5/5/5/5 percent.

Physical prizes may still change but only to your benefit – we are waiting on potential sponsor updates.

Directions:

  • By train: From the main station, take tram 6/12/18 to the “AWF” stop. From there, it’s a 30-second walk through skwer Przyjaźni Polsko-Węgierskiej
  • By car: Drivers can park nearby – parking is free on Sundays.
